Problem Note 62305: A memory leak occurs when you modify values in PROC FCMP dictionaries

You might notice higher memory usage when updating data stored by value. You encounter this issue when you replace an existing key in a PROC FCMP dictionary.
There are no errors or warnings.
When you encounter this issue, data memory for the replacement is not freed.
